What stands out is tying regulation specifically to the most powerful systems rather than blanket rules, which avoids the usual "regulate everything" trap that kills useful innovation.
We must never let technology run ramped no matter how beneficial new technological advances like AI could be.
There must always be guard rails to prevent what is taking place today with this Regime passing laws preventing our states from protecting their residents from unscrupulous AI actors. Using Executive Orders to circumvent safety and protection must be estopped by this Regime.
