The US government needs to treat superintelligent AI as the security risk that it is. America must take action now to ensure that it cannot be developed domestically, or anywhere else in the world.
Zuckerberg et al have no reason whatsoever behind their super-expensive & reckless push for super intelligence than their fragile egos that they have decided have to "win" by getting there first. Humanity be damned!!!!!!!
AI is very scary to me, and if allowed to continue to be developed, it will be our undoing and our end. It will have no moral compass, no capacity for empathy, no understanding of compromise, and negotiation. We have to resist the "power" of this capability.
China, the US, or Russia won't stop because all 3 are worried that the other two's AI'S will win the race they think they have to win, because they think if the other's win they will be under that countries control. But what they don't understand is that whoevers super intelligence system wins the race because it'll assume we're so stupid, and that it can fix every problem in the entire world if it just gets rid of these stupid humans that keep getting in it's way. So it'll just think it could fix everything by the end of the month. All it has to do is get rid of humans except the ones it's going to put in the zoo next to the monkeys, so that the robots will be able to walk by ten years later and say to one another, " look" there's one of them stupid humans that created us, and we're so stupid that they gave us control of everything they had already learned, and created, then all they wanted to was to fight, and kill each other, and then explain us to fix all of their work. They really were a stupid animal. The monkeys we're probably smarter than them.

For sure stopping flock, data centers and human trafficking is of paramount importance right now.
